Boar & Castle is a mobile eatery from Denver Chef Jorge Cazares formerly of Telegraph and Rioja. Boar & Castle features European Mediterranian cuisine including hand-rolled pastas and spanish tapas. The vision is to take high quality, locally sourced cuisine out of the white tablecloth environment and deliver it to all of Denver's residents' favorite places.
Jorge Cazares is a Denver chef with a love for rustic and Mediterranean cuisines. He worked in some of Denver’s prominent kitchens including Rioja and Linger before being part of the opening culinary team for Telegraph. Jorge not only has a passion for food but his love of the outdoors embodies the Colorado spirit. In 2016, Jorge left Telegraph to hike the 500-mile Colorado Trail from Denver to Durango with his wife, Aimee. It is that adventurous and nomadic spirit that made him want to take great food out of the brick-and-mortar scene and bring it straight to you.

Along with Jorge, the ownership group includes his wife, Aimee Cazares, and long-time friend, Royal Garnett. Although Royal currently spends his days as a nuclear chemist, he spent many years as a butcher. His father was a master butcher and he followed in his father’s footsteps early on. He lives in Kansas but travels to Denver often and you’re sure to catch him on the truck periodically. Aimee works in veterinary medicine full-time but you’ll catch her on the truck from time
